Pssh! I’m such a caveman, I have to buy shoes that only fit properly when I put them on the right feet! Without them, I might put my shoes on the wrong feet!

It’s a trap. You’ll just feel stupider when you reverse them.

I have some Nike socks that are like that (they are great). Also, I frequently can’t find a left and the right at the same time. Today I am wearing two lefts:
Also, they appear to be different generations, as evidenced by the different letter font (the left one with the bigger, lower-quality writing is the newer of the two).
Both are quite comfy though, and honestly I can’t notice any difference in feel if I wear them on the wrong foot (aside from possibly feeling stupider).
Also, I’m pretty sure my left foot isn’t that much fatter than right, just a trick of angles.

I used to work in an outdoors store, and we had a brand of walking socks that weren't marked with sides but sizes and we had a customer come back to the store and say we sold her four left socks. She wasn't convinced the L stood for large until we showed her several packs S, M, L and XL. She also didn't appreciate that we found it funny.
